Field Engineer (Airport, up to $25K)

Job Highlights

  • Overnight is required
  • 5 days work
  • Less experience will be also considered

Job Duties:

  • Provide daily desktop supports and promptly respond to all related enquires raised by users; plus maintenance of the Issue and Helpdesk services into the Logging system
  • Install, configure, trouble shoot and administer the desk-side and server- side hardware, operating systems and system applications

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year' experience in technical or helpdesk support (Less experience will be also considered)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Platform Operations, MS Office functionality, Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products, Apple IOS & Android OS configurations and apps operations
  • Experience in IT PC hardware installation / settings and configuration (e.g. Lenovo PCs / HP Printers and other computer OA peripherals)
