Job Description:

• Design, develop, and test small-to-medium scaled LLM, ML and RAG related systems to meet business requirements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications;
• Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy;
• Develop and maintain documentation for the system and integration processes;
• Support ongoing development and testing of AI models to ensure seamless integration into the developed systems;
• Evaluate and optimize user experience for effective presentation and operation of the system functions including, but not limited to, dashboards, forms, workflows, and tabulated data;
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data storage and retrieval systems that support AI model training and testing processes;
• Assist and on-job training of procuring process for equipment and services required;
• Communicate and present the system developed for effective team communication;
• Embrace the chance to stay up-to-date and on-job training of emerging technologies and trends in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence; and
• Collaborate and manage vendors and/or contractors for out-source development of innovative applications;

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines;
• 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 1 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity;
• Adequate experience in programming language such as Python / JavaScript and database system such as Relational database / NoSQL database / Vector database;
• Adequate knowledge and experience in application systems using container deployment, such as Docker;
• Adequate knowledge and experience in application development and data integration systems;
• Adequate knowledge in Linux and database administration;
• Adequate understanding in machine learning applications and development;
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work;
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese;
• Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day (if necessary).
