Infrastructure Specialist (Contract Admin/Project Management, over $60K)

Job Duties:

  • Support in project management and coordination
  • Coordinate internal teams, departments and contractor to facilitate smooth rollout
  • Monitor overall project progress and project progress of individual departments and resources position
  • Work with teammates and manage service contractors in implementation and support of the system
  • Assist in contract administration
  • Negotiate with the contractor and monitor contractor performance
  • Arrange logistics for the change request
  • Preparation of project documentation
  • Review and refine technical documentations

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT
  • Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience
  • At least have 4 years’ experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/ Support
  • Intensive exposure in written English is required
  • Experience in IT Planning
  • Possesses solid experience in project management
  • Possesses solid experience in contract administration
  • Possesses knowledge in Government procurement will be an advantage
  • Good command in spoken and written English is required
