IT Business Analyst (Taikoo, 5 days work)

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business users.

Requirement Details:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Oracle NetSuite, and CRM systems.
