IT Helpdesk Support / User Support Assistant ($23-28K)

Job Description

  • Provide IT support with IT groups and/or users
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software
  • Participate in IT Projects and implementation work
  • Hardware and software inventory/license control and relevant documentation control
  • Required to work in different locations as required
  • Interface with vendors, as required, to provide hardware or software repairs

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT support including PCs, networks support
  • Preferably experience in L2/L3 network support, cyber security management, Linux/Windows-based servers and cloud
  • Good communication skills
