IT Officer (Support MS Exchange & Outlook)

 Job Description:

  • Assist the migration from Lotus Notes to Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) including migration scheduling, software installation, configuration setting, tuning and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support and administration on Office 2021 and MS Outlook for Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP)
  • Provide support to the helpdesk support staff and end users
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management

Requirement Details:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
  • At least 2-year experience in IT industry
  • At least 1-year experience in supporting Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Platform
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Well discipline, hardworking and responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
