Job Description:

• Act as the internal project manager to oversee end-to-end system implementation and rollout and ensure timely delivery of the system according to project plan and schedule
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables and risk management
• Oversee, coordinate and schedule all project activities, including but not limited to system design, configuration, testing, migration, training, security assessments and rollout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties such as contractor project team, service contractors/providers, vendors
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively
• Manage and monitor performance of the service contractors and address any issues or delays timely and proactively
• Prepare and disseminate project information, including but not limited to delivering presentations to all stakeholders, in particular B/Ds
• Provide clear, timely updates to senior management and project steering committee
• Performing any work assigned by supervisor.

Requirement Details:

• Degree in Information Technology or related subjects
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification IT experience is required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or contract oversight is required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in system implementation, maintenance and support is required Sector & Domain Knowledge
• At least 1 year of experience working with Government departments is required (Experience working in statutory bodies will also be considered)
• Knowledge and experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit processes is required
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English is required
• Fluent verbal communication in Mandarin is preferred Certifications
• Certificate holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) is required
