IT Project Officer / Assistant Project Manager (Cloud/CRM, over $40K)

Job Duties:

  • To support the planning and implementation of IT projects and major system enhancement, including preparing tender specifications, collecting user requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, and managing production release through to project completion
  • To assist in system enhancement, configuration, and data migration activities to ensure smooth system deployment and transition
  • To provide ongoing system support, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of existing systems
  • To coordinate closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to facilitate timely system delivery and integration
  • To perform other duties as assigned when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • A recognized degree with at least 3 years of practical experience in a project management role
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
  1. Cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
  2. CRM / enterprise systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) 
  3. Databases (e.g. Microsoft Dataverse, Azure SQL)
  • Experience in implementing IT projects within education or public sector is an advantage
  • Familiarity with system integration, configuration, and data migration is an advantage
  • Possession of project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
