IT Service Desk Supervisor (Kowloon Bay, $30K)

Job duties:

  • Led and mentored the IT Service Desk team, enhancing performance and ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Drove service delivery by prioritizing the ticket queue, consistently achieving SLA targets for incident and request resolution.
  • Administered the ServiceNow ticketing platform, optimizing workflows for efficient logging, escalation, and resolution tracking.
  • Proactively monitored IT performance metrics, identifying trends and executing escalations to prevent major incidents.
  • Partnered with cross-functional teams as the Service Desk lead on IT projects, contributing to on-time and on-budget implementations.
  • Established and improved standard operating procedures (SOPs), strengthening process adherence and documentation.
  • Facilitated IT management meetings and authored performance reports for stakeholder and customer presentations.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Experience in Service Desk support
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and familiarity with service desk ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is required
  • Passed ITIL v3/v4 Foundation examination
  • Experience with network monitoring
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
