IT Support Engineer (Kai Tak, Server Virtualization, over$40k)

Job Description:

  • Support the PC/LAN infrastructure
  • Assist the supervisor in providing IT security and risk management related services
  • Coordinate with users and other project teams for the above tasks

Requirement Details:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of working experience in IT industry
  • Have experience in PC/LAN support such as PC cloning, software installation, PC management with group policy, etc.
  • Have experience in endpoint security solutions
  • Have experience in IT security and risk management related services 
  • Be familiar with common PC operating systems and applications such as Windows 10, Chrome, Office etc.
