IT Support Engineer (Quarry Bay, $25-30k, Perm)

Job Duties:

  • Perform on-site support services on the system and related hardware, such as laptops, PCs and monitors for the system users
  • Manage and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Provide technical assistance for relocating/establishing computer equipment
  • Provide maintenance and support to ensure the network working smoothly
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in L2/L3 network support and cyber security management
  • Solid experience in IT support including PCs, networks, Linux/Windows-based servers and cloud
  • Self-motivated and capable of completing assignments with minimal supervision
