Marketing Operations Assistant / Officer (CS/Data Analysis)

Job Duties:

1. System Setup and Operations

  • Manage tenant marketing accounts and finance/reimbursement portal inquiries
  • Oversee Marketing Program iPad usage, including gift certificate distribution and iPad replacement handling
  • Consolidate and analyze reports
  • Troubleshoot system issues (app malfunctions, bugs, complaints) and manage coupon reissue requests
  • Support tenant campaigns, sales promotions, and offer program setup

2. Tenant Operations

  • Conduct tenant training and maintain clear communication
  • Address customer and tenant inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, and third parties on marketing material development and deployment

Job Requirements:

  • Academic background with Business/Statistics or related disciplines
  • Background in shopping malls/retail, customer service, or data analysis preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Knowledge of Python will be an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong business and marketing acumen
  • HK permanent resident is required
