Network Engineer (CCNA/CCNP, Airport)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Provide onsite support at Airport Island and occasionally at other client subsidiary sites.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of critical network systems.
  • Implement network changes, upgrades, and security patches in compliance with company and client standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity issues and optimize performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and operational procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for network support and incident response.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with network security principles and firewall management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Network Support Engineer.
