Network Specialist (Huawei, over $50K)

Job Description:

  • To provide management support and IT advice on the implementation of new systems
  • To provide IT support and technical analysis on network design and site preparation works for the implementation of new systems
  • To coordinate with project teams and contractors for the implementation of network enhancements
  • To review deliverables prepared by contractors for the required quality and compliance with latest government standards
  • To perform diagnosis with contractors on technical issues and monitor the progress of the remedy actions
  • To perform any other duties as may be required for meeting the department's business needs.

Requirement Details:

  • Higher Diploma in Computing
  • At least 4 years in infrastructure and networking
  • At least 3 years in site preparation and familiar with Huawei VRP & products
  • Strong experience in implementation of multi-vendor mission critical systems
  • Proficiency in Putonghua
  • The contract staff is required to take up on-call duty
  • Willing to work in different location when required and may require to work in Mainland China if required
