PC Support Technician (Tai Kok Tsui, Welcome fresh grad)

Job description: 

  • Deliver timely technical support for end-user equipment (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers).
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely and on-site.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate support ticket documentation.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to all cybersecurity protocols and internal IT policies.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline 
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Welcome fresh graduates with IT internship experience
