Procurement Manager (Central, 5 days work)

Job Duties:

  • Conduct and manage the strategic sourcing projects by conducting end to end RFI/RFQ/RFP as according to Customer internal governance requirements for Professional Service, Information Technology, or General Administrative category for global offices covering Asia, Americas and Europe
  • To comply with Customer Procurement Policies and other related policies, and execute Customer sourcing strategy
  • Cooperate with different stakeholders across the globe in order to drive the sourcing strategy and saving
  • Work with Center of Excellence team closely to ensure the supplier risk are fully identified before awarding the deal
  • Liaise with legal counsel to ensure the contract approved within a reasonable timeline

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in procurement
  • Proven experience in procurement process like the vendor on-boarding, contracts fulfilment, purchase order placement, procuring data analysis etc.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate well with users and coordinate conflicts or disagreements with customers
