Job Responsibilities

• Business Development:
  • Discover and build practice with new technology and partners from the market, with special focus on: Technology Refreshment / re-platform, XC Migration, Apps Modernization, Bespoke Apps implementation, AI Apps, and cloud migration.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to revenue targets
  • Develop end-to-end business solutions for clients
• Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
  • Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives, understanding business challenges and shaping technology solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, as the trusted technology advisor, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
• Project Delivery Leadership:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale consulting projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Implement governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Architect solutions, and able to take up as subject matter expertise on delivery
• Technology Expertise:
  • Provide thought leadership on cloud platforms (Azure preferred), enterprise applications, and infrastructure modernization
  • Advise clients on emerging technologies, digital transformation strategies, and best practices
• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Building domain related service delivery team.
  • Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the practice
  • Support other internal competency centres and practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects involving both applications and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), enterprise architecture, and digital transformation
• Useful product experience (Product Brands): Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Workday Student, Ellucian Banner/Colleague, Jenzabar, Unit4 Student Management, or similar SIS/ERP implementations.
• Experienced Campus Solution, student information system, ERP for higher education
• Preferred experience: Full lifecycle implementations, higher education domain knowledge, consulting/implementation experience, client-facing delivery, certifications in relevant SIS products or project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; Agile/SAFe experience a plus
• Familiarity with industry frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF) and consulting methodologies
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
