Project Manager (cryptography, over $70K)

Job Description:

  • Lead a team to co-ordinate and manage the implementation of the platform.
  • Arrange resources to support day-to-day operation of the platform.
  • Facilitate the adoption of the platform by bureau/departments and external parties.
  • Required to co-ordinate and interface with different government contractors and support teams for implementation of the Platform and will be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services.

Requirement Details:

  • Degree or above
  • At least 8 years’ experience in IT field  
  • Required to have at least 2 year experience in managing large scale system implementation projects
  • Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills as well as to take a leading role on application design and infrastructure setup, troubleshooting and quality assurance
  • The candidate is also required to have at least 2 year experience of developing application with the use of cryptography, public key infrastructure, MySQL or other distributed databases as well as at least 1 year experience in business process re-engineering
  • Knowledge and experience of developing application using XML and contract management is preferred
  • Working knowledge in hardware security module and /or cloud platforms and / or blockchain is an added advantage
