Job Description:

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and Support of an in-house system, in particular for the following: (a) Database application (b)Backup Solution (c)Infrastructure Monitoring System
• Collaborate with vendors and internal to implement system alerts, monitoring and regular and ad-hoc system health checks;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors on responding to, investigating and analysing system incidents;
• Ensure that the deliverables are complied with government requirements;
• Perform IT project management and vendor management;
• Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support; and
• Perform any work assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related subjects
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification IT experience, in which includes a minimum of 2 years of working experience in project management
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, IT Operations and IT System Monitoring
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in system implementation and maintenance / support is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of in-depth, hands-on working experience in implementation, maintenance and support of the email system, Microsoft SQL Server and backup infrastructure.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in vendor management
• Valid certificate holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is required
• luent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English is preferred
