Project Manager (Java, Gov't Project, over $70K)

Job Description:

  • Solicit user requirements for development of new web sites and IT systems 
  • Perform technical study on the existing IT systems 
  • Devise functional and system architecture design for development of new IT systems and/or consolidation of the existing IT systems
  • Develop IT implementation roadmap 
  • Prepare technical specifications for IT procurements
  • Manage implementation services contractors
  • Perform IT project management
  • Perform quality assurance on IT deliverables

Requirement Details:

  • At least 12 years post-qualification IT experience of which four years must be in similar post and comparable capacity
  • Possessed hands-on experience in web application system development using Java application frameworks, Wildfly/JBoss application Server and database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server
  • Preferably possessed experience in project management and/or implementation of web sites and content management system.
  • Experience in Managing G2B and G2C projects
  • Experience in Government Project
  • Must have Project management and Vendor management experience
