Job Duties:

• Act as the internal project manager to oversee end-to-end system implementation and rollout and ensure timely delivery of the system according to project plan and schedule
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables and risk management
• Oversee, coordinate and schedule all project activities, including but not limited to system design, configuration, testing, migration, training, security assessments and rollout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties such as contractor project team, service contractors/providers, vendors and B/Ds
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively
• Manage and monitor performance of the service contractors and address any issues or delays timely and proactively

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• At least 8 years' experience in IT industry
• At least 3 years of experience in vendor management or contract oversight is required
• At least 4 years of experience in system implementation, maintenance and support is required
• At least 1 year of experience working with statutory bodies
• Certificate holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) is required
