Senior IT Business Analyst (Documentation/Event Management, over $50K)

Job Duties:

  • To liaise with local and mainland government bureaux/departments and other stakeholders for the formulation, implementation and administration of the facilitation measures.
  • To prepare relevant documentation for the implementation and administration of the facilitation measures.
  • To support senior management's participation in Mainland and local events/meetings related to thefacilitation measures.
  • To handle applications and provide responses to public enquiries/complaints regarding the facilitation measures.
  • To support the technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of the thematic portal, e-form and workflow system for the cross-boundary data flow initiative.
  • To conduct desktop researches and assessments on local and international policies, laws, regulations, standards and best practices about cross-boundary data flow.
  • To carry out administrative tasks, including preparation of regular/ad hoc updates and statistical reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above 
  • Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English, with a good command of written Chinese and English for speeches and promotional materials.
  • Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing
  • Basic understanding of Hong Kong's current policies on facilitating cross-boundary data flows within the GBA, including the facilitation measure of "Standard Contract for the Cross-boundary Flow of Personal Information within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Mainland, Hong Kong)"
  • Experience in technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of website is preferred
  • Experience in handling public enquiries/complaints is preferred
  • Experience in organizing and managing briefings, seminars, promotional and publicity activities is preferred.
