Job Description:

• Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of tablet and tablet app projects;
• Formulate hardening procedures and configuration profiles for tablet hardware and software according to project specifications;
• Prepare quality assurance plans and test plan to ensure the reliability and functionality of tablet system;
• Supervise internal colleagues and outsourced contractors in the delivery, setup, configuration and maintenance of tablet hardware and software;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tablet hardware, software and system security;
• Prepare and update documentation of tablet hardware and software setup, configuration, and network deployment processes;
• Generate reports on project progress, technical issues, and resolution activities;
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, project managers, and team members on the status of tablet implementation projects;
• Manage contractors, including contractors from Chinese Mainland, to ensure smooth operation of tablets and MDM system;
• Arrange the deployment of tablets to different Hongkong Post Offices; xi.Support the operation of kiosks and MDM system;
• Configure the router of kiosks in high availability mode;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to kiosks and MDM system;
• Serve as the first point of contact for the enquiries from venue managers of kiosks with new tablets;
• Coordinate the tenancy and property maintenance matters of venues deployed with kiosks;
• Attend iAM Smart related promotional activities, including exhibition counters to assist citizens with iAM Smart registration and handling related enquiries; and
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement Details:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computing or related subjects
• At least 4 years IT experience & mobile development & support experience
• Solid experience in collaborating and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to carry out and implement IT projects
• Solid experience in on-going maintenance support for Android mobile devices and kiosks & service management on Android mobile devices and kiosks integrated with MDM
• Solid experience in resolving technical problems on Android mobile devices and kiosks with users
• Solid experience in deploying Android mobile devices and kiosks in different venues
• solid experience in conducting testing including UAT for Android mobile devices and kiosks;
• solid experience in monitoring the performance of Android mobile devices, kiosks and MDM, as well as coordinate with users, technical teams and contractors
• Experience in setting up Android mobile devices and kiosks managed by MDM system
• Experience in vendor management
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Good command of spoken Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
