Senior System Analyst (AI, 5 days work, over $70K)

Job Duties:

  • To revamp the existing system with latest technology to support the One-stop Platform through CCSP and implement more auto-approval features in operation to reduce internal staff's manual effort in processing related applications and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • To use natural language processing, internal data, and AI technology to give internal staff clear, accurate, and well-sourced answers to complex questions, providing concise response
  • Perform system analysis and design
  • Develop and test system
  • Produce documentation and conduct user training
  • Oversee outsourced contractors and perform team administration
  • Provide maintenance and on-going support.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 6 years' experience in IT industry
  • Proficient in J2EE Development, Web 2.0 Services, Web Programming, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Process Modeling and business intelligence/data mining
