Job Description:

• Implementation of IT systems, IT infrastructure and IT security on-premises
• Support analysis & design, development of IT systems ;
• Perform quality control on project deliverables and monitor the progress of the projects;
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technical specifications for the IT systems;
• Perform on-going IT systems' maintenance and support;
• Support IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows and Linux Server administration, virtualisation, network, VPN and firewall related projects;
• Manage outsource vendors;
• Provide end-user IT support services including help-desk service, troubleshooting user problems, product evaluation, setting up workstations and network equipment, and performing system maintenance work;

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 5 years’ experience in system implementation and maintenance
• Solid experience in IT Infrastructure, including network, server and virtualisation technologies, Linux system administration, is required;
• Candidate shall have hands on experience in project management and application implementation, preferably Government projects;
• Relevant experience in IT application development, implementation and maintenance is essential;
• Experience in project implementation on private cloud and/or Government Cloud Infrastructure Services  (GCIS) is advantageous;
• Experience in implementation of on-premises Artificial Intelligence (AI) and website content management system project(s) is preferred;
• Customer and result oriented;
• Good communication skills including oral and writing;
• Candidate shall be able to communicate in Cantonese and English.
