Senior System Engineer (POS, TST, $30K-$33K)

Job Duties:

  • Act as the technical lead for TAS, POS, and payment gateway systems.
  • Oversee Level 2 support operations and ensure compliance with SLA.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.
  • Coordinate system integration efforts and validate technical changes.
  • Support project planning, technical design reviews, and implementation oversight.
  • Assist in proactive tasks such as change management scheduling, documentation updates, and disaster recovery drills.
  • Liaise with vendors and interal teams for SIT/UAT and quality assurance activities.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree or above
  • At least 5 years of experience in system support and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems. POS solutions, and payment gateways.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, application architecture, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
