Job Description:

• To coordinate and conduct UAT exercise
• To provide support in system testing, including preparing test cases, collaborating with stakeholders for on-going enhancements 
• To construct log reports documenting completed updates, pending changes, and observations from UAT and system testing
• To capture screen images and record videos of the e-platform layout before and after system changes, and maintain organised archives of these records for reference
• To assist in managing and updating the webpage
• To participate in meetings about ePOA implementation and maintenance
• To review and update the documentation and assist in filing relevant documents through the electronic filing system
• To assist in preparing user manuals / guidelines / PowerPoint slides / FAQs / video clips for parents, school users and colleagues
• To provide support on the logistics of briefing sessions to parents, school users and colleagues
• To answer enquiries from schools, parents and colleagues
• To assist in managing the question bank for the frequently asked questions
• To assist in reviewing reports and on-going training of chatbot
• To assist in conducting UAT for chatbot enhancements
• Performing other duties as required

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder
• At least 5 years experience in assisting and preparing UAT / conducting pre-UAT
• Experience in procurement & supply chain role is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently.
