Senior Web & Mobile Developer (Java, Multiple vacancies)

Job Description:

  • To implement, conduct programming works, UAT and provide support for IT projects including but not limited to (i) Web and Mobile Application, (ii) Real-time Arrival Information System for Green Minibus, and (iii) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution
  • To provide ongoing application maintenance and production support for multiple existing systems, including incident handling, root-cause analysis, bug fixes, performance monitoring, and system enhancements
  • To assist in procurement preparation for IT hardware, software and services, and oversee the procurement process
  • To assist in carrying out data verification and accuracy checks, monitoring system usage and utilization, and preparing reports and recommendations to improve data quality, system controls, and operational efficiency
  • To perform any other IT-related duties as assigned by SE/SM2 or delegates from time to time.

Requirement Details:

  • Degree holder in computer science / information technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in application development
  • Proven experience in the development, implementation and support of web and mobile applications or projects in both the government and private sectors
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Mobile application development and maintenance of the following: iOS, Android, Flutter and any other cross-platform framework
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in application system development and maintenance such as Window Servers and Linux
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
