System Analyst (Coordination, SDLC)

Job Duties:

  • Handle the helpdesk cases and answer public enquiries / complaints on MyGovHK, iAM Smart, Pay e-Cheque Portal, COA and other related services
  • Monitor the daily operations of several levels of helpdesks
  • Coordinate project activities and assist in managing the service rollout of online services with MyGovHK, iAM Smart and other related services
  • Provide client advisory, coordination, system maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and support services to ensure the smooth operations of the systems
  • Perform other project related duties as designated by the supervisors. The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related system project teams.

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 5 years experience in IT industry
  • Extensive experience in different aspects of SDLC including system implementation, including preparation of requirement specification, management of system development, outsourcing, maintenance and enhancement support.
  • Solid experience in helpdesk operations.
  • Experience in application development using Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) is an advantage.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
