Job Description:

• Analyse user requirements and design, implementation and testing of system enhancements for platform, account management system (in .Net based web application) which integrated with its sub-systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange servers, email applications, etc.
• Provide support and on-going maintenance of certificate service system and issue tracking and project management system
• Work with teammates and manage service contractors in implementation of system enhancements and support of the above-mentioned systems
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic
• Essential to work outside office hours for system deployment and provide on-call production support

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma in Computing or related subjects
• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in system implementation, maintenance and support
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation of web application using .Net and JAVA programming language - Minimum of 4 years of experience in database programming (e.g. SQL Server)
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in support of large scale Email System, Microsoft Outlook plugins, email related protocols (e.g. ActiveSync, MAPI)
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in PKI and application security measures
• Experience in managing contractor works
• Good communication skills and business analysis technique with clients, and solid experience in application development and maintenance support
• Good command in spoken and written English is required
