Job Description:

• Design and implement agentic AI solutions for business automation and intelligent decision-making, integrating with models such as Deepseek and Qwen;
• Develop and maintain various application systems, including but not limited to maintenance management, complaint handling, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization;
• Provide on-going maintenance and support for mobile applications, including deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store;
• Provide ongoing support to upgrade, enhance and maintain the IT infrastructure;
• Prepare and update system design documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals, etc.;
• Communicate with IT management to review audit results, negotiate findings, and prepare final audit reports;
• Provide management information and technical advice, and recommend enhancement proposals to IT management for the computing environment;
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement Details:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related disciplines with at least 4 years of solid experience in IT application/system development;
• At least 4 years experience in application development
• Solid experience in IT application/system development. Proficiency in more than one of the following is an advantage - such as Java, Python, Node JS etc.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RESTful API design and implementation are a must;
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a must;
• Strong knowledge and solid experience in Linux server administration are mandatory; vi)Hands-on experience with Deepseek and Qwen frameworks for agentic workflows is an advantage; vii)Hands-on expertise in predictive analysis using AI models (e.g., regression, time-series forecasting, classification) is definitely an advantage;
• Experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Strong commitment to meeting project deadline and delivering high quality work; and
• Creative, analytical, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized.
