System Engineer (Windows/Linux, Shek Mun)

Job Duties:

  • Trouble-shooting incidents related to Server and Storage hardware support
  • Problem determination, management and problem fixing
  • Provide prompt and efficient onsite/remote technical support to company users
  • Liaise with service providers and vendors

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty
  • Experience in Installation/configuration of Linux and/or Windows OS and related.
  • Certification in Linux and/or Windows is an advantage
