Systems Manager (GenAI & Data Analytics)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project & Team Management: Assist supervisors in overseeing contractors and in-house teams to implement, enhance, and maintain GenAI and data analytics platforms
  • System Administration: Provide end-to-end support for the design, testing, and administration of on-premises solutions and cloud-based resources
  • Technical Support: Deliver high-level technical guidance and user support to government B/Ds to ensure seamless adoption of AI tools
  • Operational Excellence: Manage cloud resources, change requests, and incident responses to ensure 24/7 operational stability
  • Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research and analysis on the latest developments in GenAI and data science
  • Security & Compliance: Upkeep platform integrity through system patching, security risk assessments (SRAA), and specialized AI safety assessments
  • On-Call Support: Provide urgent technical or administrative support after office hours during critical deployments or "fire-fighting" scenarios when necessary

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 4-6 years working experience in AI and data analytics technologies (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, text/speech analytics)
  • Solid experience in project management experience, specifically within system implementation
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure
  • Proven experience in managing or supporting government systems or large-scale public platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
