Technical Lead / IT Application Manager / Project Manager (Java)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT applications, including development, implementation, maintenance, and procurement.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on emerging IT technologies and application strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT application development, with at least 3 years in project management.
  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining large-scale computer systems.
  • At least 3 years of recent experience managing Java-based system development and implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, Oracle WebLogic, and Apache Tomcat.
  • Hands-on experience with functional and interface testing, including proficiency in various testing tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership in one or more of the following areas:
  1. PRINCE Project Management
  2. Web/Oracle Application Development
  3. Mobile Application Development
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to drive stakeholder adoption of IT solutions aligned with business and operational goals.
