Technical Support Engineer (no experience is also welcome)

Job Duties:

  • Provide on-site hardware maintenance service for Desktop PC, Monitor, Printer and peripherals
  • Configuration of hardware/software of Window based PC and peripherals
  • Troubleshooting & administration of Windows based PC

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT relatred subject or;
  • HKDSE/HKCEE with at least 1 year IT experience
  • Familar with Window Operation System and related software
  • Basic knowlegae in PC and hardware
  • Experience in helpdesk/deskside support will be an advantage
