Technical Support Officer (VMware, Quarry Bay, 5 days work)

Job Duties:

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines in on-premises environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and/or cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Monitor and optimise VM performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Perform regular backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing for VM infrastructure.

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure).
  • Solid understanding of storage systems and backup solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
