Technical Writer / Translator (Kwun Tong, 5 days work)

Job Duties:

  • Assisting in preparation of management reports using MS Word, MS Excel and MSPowerPoint
  • Preparing project meeting minutes
  • Writing and editing technical documents as requested by project teams
  • Writing and editing procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals
  • Performs all such duties, tasks and activities incidental to and necessary for the above

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Business or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in a financial service, public sector environment, or technology industry
  • Strong experience in internal and external stakeholder coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
