Responsibilities

• Deliver online and offline training sessions, facilitate workshops, and connect with the Educator Community.
• Plan, organise and evaluate training activities under the AI Literacy Programme, including preparing materials, managing logistics, and evaluating effectiveness.
• Support the development and regular update of AI literacy training content, ensuring alignment with global and local AI competency frameworks.
• Collect, compile and analyse feedback (e.g. focus groups, questionnaires) using Excel or data analysis tools, and prepare training reports; Support the Educator Community by facilitating sharing sessions and peer observation activities.
• Assist in the implementation of the training related programmes. 
• Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline, preferably in Education, AI, Training, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in training, teaching, or educational programme delivery.
• Experience in developing or delivering e-learning content (e.g. training videos, filming and editing) will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI literacy frameworks and experience in digital education/EdTech is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel or basic data analysis tools for compiling and presenting training data is an advantage.
• Proactive, attentive to details, responsible, a good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer.
