VDI Support Engineer (5 days work, $30K-$35K)

Job Duties:

  • Provide on-premises VDI support for both virtual applications and desktops.
  • Manage and adhere to the Change Management process to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new infrastructure deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 6 years' experience in VDI support (virtual apps & desktops).
  • Strong understanding of Change Management processes.
  • Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of Sangfor and Citrix technologies will be a strong advantage.
