Key Responsibilities (Depending on your primary track)

• Participate in software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product managers, and QA) to define and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and system architecture planning.
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, or quality gaps, and devise solutions to maintain application health and performance.

Requirements:

• or Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related disciplines with at least 4 years of solid experience in IT application/system develDegree opment
• Solid experience in IT application/system development. Proficiency in more than one of the following is an advantage:

1.  Nest.js, Node.js, Python, Java
2.  RabbitMQ, NGINX/Traefik/HA Proxy management
3.  MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB in microservices environments
4.  AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
5.  Rook, Ceph, MinIO
6.  Prometheus, Grafana

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RESTful API design and implementation are a must
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a must;
• Strong knowledge and solid experience in Linux server administration are mandatory;
• Experienced in Java programming, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Deepseek and Qwen frameworks for agentic workflows is an advantage;
• Hands-on expertise in predictive analysis using AI models (e.g., regression, time-series forecasting, classification) is definitely an advantage;
• Experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android). Proficiency in one of the following is an advantage;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in IT
• At least 3-4 years of working experience
• Possess solid working experience and knowledge in at least one (or more) of the following focus areas:
  • Mobile Application Development: Experience designing, building, and maintaining native or cross-platform mobile apps (iOS / Android / Flutter / React Native).
  • Front-End Development (React): Hands-on experience building modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Database Engineering / Administration: Strong proficiency in database design, SQL performance tuning, and management using Oracle DB or PostgreSQL DB.
  • Java Web Application Development: Solid background in designing and developing enterprise-grade web applications using Java (Spring Boot, MVC, Microservices).
  • Software Quality Assurance (QA): Demonstrated experience in test planning, manual testing, test case creation, and quality governance throughout the SDLC.
  • System Test Automation: Proven expertise in setting up, maintaining, and executing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or JUnit).
• Good communication skill
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
