Job Description:
Support IT daily Operations to the company users
Provide technical support and trouble-shooting for end-user.
Perform system administration and technical support on network, platforms, etc
Work with vendor to support hotel relative system
Support and configure mobile/desk phone, copier, PC, IPTV and other guest room hardware equipment
Permission control on PC users and POS, CRM, MDM, VPN system.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and network stability
Coordinate with internal and external parties to provide IT operation support
Job Requirement:
3 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
Independent, flexible & willing to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledge of hotel system is a definite advantage
Immediate availability is preferred
