The role:

To help frontline staffs develop a qualitative and coherent customer approach for the brand to reach their high standard of services and sales goals.

What you’ll do:

1.  Retail Training Delivery

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and in-store training programs.

• Conduct induction training for new hires.

• Facilitate product launch training and seasonal campaign briefings.

• Train frontline teams on skincare consultation, treatment protocols, and selling techniques.

• Ensure retail teams fully understand brand values, customer journey, and operational standards.

1. Training Administration & Reporting

• Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and competency assessments.

• Prepare training reports and development progress updates.

• Track training KPIs and certification completion.

• Ensure training materials remain updated and relevant.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, HR, and Learning & Development teams.

• Support brand events, product launches, and retail campaigns.

• Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.

1. Field Coaching & Development

• Conduct regular store visits to observe and coach Beauty Consultants.

• Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales and customer engagement skills.

• Identify learning gaps and recommend development plans.

• Monitor application of training knowledge in daily operations.

• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

1. Performance Improvement

• Partner with Retail Managers and Store Managers to identify performance opportunities.

• Analyze store performance and recommend coaching priorities.

• Support achievement of sales, productivity, recruitment, and customer retention targets.

• Follow up on training effectiveness through performance reviews.

You are:

• Energetic and passionate about skincare and make-up trend

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure with observation skills

• Solid sales experience with excellent knowledge of skincare and make-up

You have:

• Minimum 3 years of retail training or beauty industry experience.

• Experience in skincare, luxury retail, cosmetics, or wellness industry preferred.

• Previous experience as Beauty Trainer, Senior Beauty Consultant, Counter Manager, or Learning & Development Executive is highly desirable
