Senior Officer - Administration

Job Duties:

  • To lead and oversee an administration team composes of tea lady, drivers and office assistant to ensure the office services, such as pantry, security and documents dispatch services are properly delivered.
  • To be responsible for all kinds of procurement of office supplies and services, from vendor sourcing, cost comparison to service monitoring including furniture, stationaries, office supplies and equipment, telecommunication, cleaning, security, and courier services.
  • To engage with vendors, contractors of property’s regular repairs and maintenance and to follow up the renovation and relocation works, if any, which include the collaboration with end users and IT Department of the seating relocations; providing floor plans relating to voice and data network cabling and power supply.
  • To arrange air tickets, hotel booking and car schedule for the local and overseas travellers.
  • To back up the Reception service whenever required.
  • To obtain quotations and arrange the coverage and renewal of all different kinds of office general insurance such as property all risk, fire, vehicle, public liability, money covering HK, PRC and Cambodia.
  • To responsible for arranging, repairing and maintenance of company vehicles and renewal of license, both HK and cross border licenses.
  • To compile administrative related reports on a regular basis.
  • To organize company events and activities, include but not limited to Christmas Party, Annual Dinner and Chinese traditional rituals yearly or on request.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma Holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 8 years relevant experience.
  • Well verse of the MS Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong negotiation, communications and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantage.
  • Independent, positive and able to work under pressure and tight projects timeline.
