Purchasing Clerk**

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers

  • Administrate purchasing documents and records

  • Data entry, PO Processing and document filing

  • Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database and filing system

  • Work closely with suppliers and factories for order follow up and delivery schedule

  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience

  • Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

  • Able to work independently and attention in details

  • Well versed in written English and Chinese
