Key Responsibilities

• Financial strategy: Develop the company’s financial strategy, budgets, and long-term business plans in alignment with corporate goals.

• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee daily accounting function and preparation of management accounts, financial statements and regulatory reports and ensure strict compliance with the tax laws and Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS)

• Corporate Governance & Control: Identify financial risks and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies and risk management frameworks, and support the Board of Directors on governance, financial controls and compliance matters

• Performance Analysis: Identify revenue/cost drivers, conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management to optimize performance across different functional units

• HR Management & Development: Oversee and implement the human resources plans, policies and procedures and ensure the alignment with employee development and company objectives. 

• Office management & Control: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, manage the maintenance of office premises, equipment, and company assets and develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations

• IT Support & Data Governance: Oversee maintenance of networks and servers, data governance, backup protocol and disaster recovery plans and the provision of timely IT support to all employees and ensure robust cybersecurity measures be in place to protect data integrity

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance / Business Administration or related discipline and qualified CA/CPA/ACCA is preferred

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years at management level.  Experience in the Testing industry, CPA firm audit experience and business re-engineering experience are welcome

• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Demonstrated capability in multi‑tasking and organizational management

• High level of integrity and commitment to professional standards
