Currently, we are looking for capable candidates:

Customer Services Manager – Global Airfreight

Responsibilities:

  • To support daily operations and customer services to provide and maintain customer satisfaction of good service
  • To prepare tender documents
  • To handle presentation materials and analysis reports
  • To handle customers and vendors enquiry promptly and professionally
  • Recommend best solutions to meet service level and improve customer satisfaction 
  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • University degree holder
  • 5 years experiences in operations and customer service in airfreight export
  • Experience in handline global airfreight business in an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
