We are seeking a dynamic PR and Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in executing sales promotions and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will create engaging content for our social media accounts, fostering growth and engagement within our online communities, while developing innovative marketing strategies with third parties and operation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore market trends and generate creative marketing ideas to promote our brands.

• Collaborate with operations team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute differentiated marketing communication strategies.

• Creation of marketing materials, both digital (social media, eDM, website) and printed (shop POSM, restaurant menus).

• Maintain strong relationships with third parties to explore joint promotion opportunities, including shopping malls and lifestyle brands.

• Maximize media exposure by preparing and distributing press releases and managing media inquiries.

• Develop and manage KOL campaigns, maintaining relationships with influencers and coordinating their requests.

• Liaise with media, production houses, and agencies for PR activities.

• Stay updated on local and international F&B trends.

• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

• Monitor activities of competitor restaurants and trends within the industry and share the gathered information with relevant departments and senior management

• Conduct monthly social media, PR & campaign reports.

• Perform ad hoc marketing projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications; experience in a PR/marketing agency is a plus.

• Proven experience in driving PR exposure through media pitching, influencer collaborations and brands partnerships. 

• Passionate about F&B, lifestyle and creativity, enthusiastic about sharing on social media platform

• Strong sense in social media channels and F&B market trends

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently under tight deadlines.

• Presentable, cheerful, outgoing personality, and a strong team player; eager to learn new technologies and trends and take initiative.

• Possess a strong aesthetic sense with foundational knowledge in photography and videography, including shooting and editing techniques.

• Proficient in computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

• Basic skills in Illustrator or Canva are a plus.

• Experience in creating and distributing EDMs.

• Exceptional copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging marketing materials.

• Knowledge in photography & basic editing skills is a plus
