Requirements
University graduate preferably in Administration / Business or related discipline.
5 years or above merchandising experience in Bag is preferrable.
Solid experience in sourcing including China and offshore sourcing, sample/product development, and orders follow up with factories
Experience in cost breakdown and testing requirement for Europe/U.S markets
Trading office background is preferred (Manufacturing experience is a plus)
Good command of spoken & written English
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Good communication & interpersonal skill, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Immediate available is preferred
Responsibilities:
Follow-up orders with customers, vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Responsible for product development, sampling and production order execution and logistic co-ordination
Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.
Participate in price negotiation & costing and liaison with vendors or suppliers
Work closely with HK team to arrange prompt shipment
Collaborate with internal parties to ensure the timeline
Handle emails with overseas vendors and headquarters independently
Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the manager
Travel is required occasionally
