We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Communications Manager to lead our communications function. This position plays a key role in shaping our corporate narrative, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening stakeholder engagement across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that promote the corporate image, values, and objectives.

• Manage and oversee external and internal communication platforms including media relations, public relations, social media, newsletters, websites, and publications.

• Lead crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring swift and coordinated messaging to safeguard the company’s reputation.

• Guide the creation of high-impact content such as speeches, articles, presentations, and social media posts aligned with corporate messaging.

• Support and advise senior executives on key communications, preparing speeches, key messages, and presentation materials for internal and external engagements.

• Plan and execute corporate events, public engagement activities, and community initiatives in line with business and branding goals.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate communication.

• Attentive to details and able to work independently.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Translation, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role in corporate communications, brand communications, or media relations.

• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering strategic communication plans and handling crisis situations.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Occasional travel to Mainland China and overseas to support regional communications and corporate initiatives may be required.
