What you'll be doing...…

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated/company level financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare cash flow forecast and monitor funding requirements for the group.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ad hoc assignments as required.
• Occasion travel to China.

What we're looking for....

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry with China exposure is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• ERP and Cost accounting experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Accounting Manager.
